He is Raj Chetty, originally an Indian (born in New Delhi), professionally an American, who has since won most prestigious an Award  in America that is called ‘Baby Nobel’. This he has achieved for Economics. Aged only 33, he has been named the 2013 winner of the John Bates Clark Medal. This is the Medal which the American Economic Association awards every year to an American economist below the age of 40 years for economic thought and knowledge.
